This template is the starting syntax of EIG tables ("replaces" the usual syntax : {| class="wikitable"

Syntax:

{{ TableStart | <1=table-ID> | <2=table-cols> }}

Where:

<1=table-ID>     is like:   Tab1001   (= cf refence file for table IDs)
<2=table-cols>   corresponds to the number of "columns" (referring to book page structure divided in 5 columns ...), eg: 1col 2col 3col 4col 5col
