possible improvements

• page Caractéristiques de l'installation électrique is not looking good, not easy to read (already improved vs book)

a possible idea would be to change the content of this page as a big table, a bit like on that page of the english wiki

Suniti: if I modify that small section and see the preview the <p> is not visible but after saving it is coming again)

Laurent: I could not make it work ... but the main problem with this page, as discussed, is that with current format it is very hard to read

• improve the readability of that page

after discussing with Romain today, I modified the beginning, upto § Uniformité d'installation des charges(included)

I have used a new template I created, called "ListCat", to make it easier to test different formatting

Suniti: could you please modify the rest of the page in a similar way

eg change the format of what's in "Différentes catégories" sections, replace bullet list with "extra-paragraph" by this template
